CA. M.Vijay Panchappa, the founder partner and mentor of the firm, was enrolled in 1980 with ICAI and has experience of more than 36 years in the field of Audit, Taxation, Investigation, Accounting Consultancy, Representation and Insurance Survey. He has been the regular teacher/faculty in the field of Law and Accountancy to the Govt. departments of the state and various colleges. He has also been speaker on various topics in CPE conferences.

CA. P.M.Mudigoudar, B.Com, FCA, DISA, DIRM (ICAI)

CA. P.M.Mudigoudar is also a senior partner of the firm enrolled in 1995 with ICAI has experience of more than 22 years and has got experience in every facet of the accounting profession. He has been the resource person for various training conducted by Govt of Karnataka and Souhard federation, District co-op union on Govet accounting, Income tax, GST, Transparency act and submitted paper on Service tax, Government accounting and audit of co-op societies in the CPE conferences conducted by the branches of ICAI. He is specialized in Direct Taxes, System Audit, Business and Management consultancy. He is a professional director in Mahalaxmi Co-op bank Ltd, Dharwad since 2008. He is qualified DISA(ICAI) IN 2005 and he has also completed Concurrent audit course, Course on co-operative conducted by ICAI. He is qualified post qualification Course on Insurance & risk Management (ICAI).
